Delete your Tawhid Space account

Tawhid Space is made by Sochlab LLP, Mumbai, India. You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.

Option 1: in the app

1. Open Tawhid Space and sign in.
2. Open the menu, then Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2: by email (if you no longer have the app)

Email support@tawhidspace.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Tawhid Space account”. To protect your account we may ask you to confirm the request. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and phone number are erased from your account.
• Mood entries, gratitude entries, prayer check-ins and app usage events.
• Your progress, streaks, Noor points, badges and companion items.

What is kept, and for how long

• Clinical records (wellbeing assessments, crisis-screen records, safety plan and reflection entries) are kept in a de-identified form for up to 7 years, because mental-health safety records may need to be retained under health-data law. They can no longer be linked to you, and are then deleted.
• Other records left on the account (such as settings and sleep logs) remain only in de-identified form.
• Crash reports are deleted automatically by our error-monitoring provider after a limited period.
