- Don’t misuse the app: no attempts to break, reverse-engineer or overload it, and no unlawful use.
2. Health and religious content
Self-assessment results are for self-reflection, not diagnosis. Religious content is drawn from the Qur’an and sahih hadith and reviewed with care. For personal rulings, please consult a qualified scholar. The sources behind each tool are listed on our evidence page.
3. Premium subscriptions
- Premium is sold through the App Store or Google Play and billed by them, monthly or yearly.

- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Safety features stay free whether or not you subscribe.
4. Your content
What you write in Tawhid Space belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Our content
The app’s design, audio, illustrations (including Noor) and text belong to Sochlab LLP or its licensors. You may use them only within the app, for personal use.
6. Changes and availability
We may update features or these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms.
7. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Sochlab LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
